Visual Enhancements

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Visual Enhancements (the "Software"), the accompanying website, and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Visual Enhancements ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading the Software, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Visual Enhancements is a Windows application that adjusts display-level color settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, and similar) system-wide, at the graphics driver level. It does not read, modify, or inject code into any other application or process, including games.

2. Accounts

You need an account to purchase or manage a license. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information (including a working email address) and keep it up to date.

3. Licenses and purchases

A license key grants you the right to use the Software on one device at a time. Keys are not transferable except at our discretion. We offer:

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Refunds

All sales are final except where required otherwise by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We use automated detection to identify tampering with the Software (including debugging, file modification, and similar). Repeated detections may result in your license being revoked without refund.

6. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system, game, or driver configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and data storage), and Discord (optional account linking). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
